Someones PCA character reminds me of one of my favorite anime.
In this case.... Bleach.

reminds me of Rangiku Matsumoto from Bleach. Beautiful, funny and..has big breast. So I drew this idea...And with Marsh as her captain.. or Toshiro Hitsugaya.. He's short, uses ice and has an attitude.. so It came out perfectly!

Bleach got less interesting when Ichigo started getting stronger I think.
