Mineko's quirk is a combination of her mother's Beast Cat mutation quirk, and her father's Voltage emitting quirk. She inherits the physiology of a cat, and can also emit bio-electricity from her paws. Mineko infuses her paws with the bio-electricity to paralyze her enemies. She can even increase her movement speed if she concentrates the bio-electricity into her feet. The drawback is if Mineko over uses the bio-electricity, she will pass out for a cat nap[about 10 minutes] to recharge her power and regain consciousness.
