The dusty post-apocalyptic landscape failed to stop this traveler. As he keeps walking down a long and dusty road that has managed to stay intact.

He's well armed for anything that the wastes might throw at him. He bears an assault rifle beneath his arms, a Machine Gun at his side, and a rocket launcher on his back.

A tiny bit of debris on the side of the road catches his eye, as he puts down the two weapons in his arms on the cracked concrete.

Noticing that the piece of debris is actually a machine, as he attempts to turn it on. The optical pupil glows a soft red, as the gyros begin to spin. It emits a warm hum, as it begins to hover above the dust.

The Optics blink and glare, as the four metal flaps around the eye open and close simultaneously.

A metallic buzz sounds off, as it makes an unclear statement. After a few seconds of microphone feedback, it manages to blurt out these words. "Tactical Analysis 2374. Greetings CP2301."

"I'm not a CP. this is the apocalypse." He replied

"Processing..." it replied as it began to make a modem screeching noise. "Complied. Nearest CP facility is approximately 22 miles from current location. Recommending Escort."

"Wait, did you actually get a working signal?"

"Affirmative. I am currently 272 years out of date, and must be taken to the nearest Active CP facility for updates. Radio Signals are coming from the facility 22 miles from here."

"Which direction?" The traveler was happy to hear about civilization.

The bot turned to a specific direction, conveniently, the way the traveler was going. "That way."

"Lets head to it then."

The traveler picks up his two weapons from the floor, as he begins to heave his way down the road. The bot flying slowly at his side, as he continues to march on.
