http://images.google.is/images?hl=i.....amp;ved=0CBIQsAQwAA some nice photos on google :3 i should take photos like that ^^
Amidst all this admittedly well-deserved praise, I would very much like to be the one asshole to offer nothing but cruel words. However, try as I might, I cannot find a single thing in this picture about which to bitch.
This is very well done, and I especially like the little glints of light in her eyes, which may be from the poi, I imagine.
Also, that bandanna has some pretty sick detail put into it. It must've taken awhile, especially cosigering the curvature of the texture.

or like this guy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KVa8.....p;feature=fvwp he does poi near the end of the vid.
Hot damn this is delicious. Love everything about it from the smirk on her lips and in her eyes, the sway of her hips, the body tone and structure, the amazing realism to the fire, the twick of her ears and right down to that slight indentation into her hips that the tightness of her pants makes. A+, insta-fav and my new desktop wallpaper all in one! =D
Fire poi rocks... You just need to learn how to spin well without fire before doing it with fire. I enjoy spinning fire myself. I should probably commission ya for a pic dealing with fire poi of my own character at some point. If you ever want some pointers and such feel free to ask.
I could comment nose bleed that wouldn't cut it
I could say its hot but that cant describe it
I could fav this a hundred times and it wouldn't be enough
THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST EVER FREAKING FA PIECES I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!!!!!!!!!! holy cow its just wow keep up the great work

Firstly, this is amazing; the lighting is top notch and the sense of motion and the way you've painted the fire is amazing.
Secondly, centrifugal force- the chain in her left hand shouldn't be curving like that because as she's spinning the pois, all of the force will be at the ends, thusly making the chains taut.

Yeah, trust me when I say fire dancing is fun! It's actually not that hard either, try find some fire spinners where you are. It's awesome once you get into it. Take a look at some stuff on a couple of websites! I use single staff currently and can use poi to some degree. Here's a website if you're interested: www.homeofpoi.com
Kickass.
Great anatomy. I really like the flow of this image. The circle formed by the fire, rope, and her arms is pretty cool.
The hair to the side is beautiful, nice flow to that as well.
The pose and her smirk as she works art is what really brings out this picture for me. Fantastic job.

Considering the wall of comments I'm sure this will be ignored! But, poi is awesome, also if you have some spare tube socks or the like, you can make some basic poi that weigh more then shoestring-glowstick poi and are very good for practice. Just take a sock, fill them with ~ the same weight of say rice, tie them off (Hair ties work in a pinch) and bamph.
