Sounds very robotic, have you tried humanizing the Midi data a bit? Adding some attack to those strings? Maybe switching around the samples used if you're using a sampler, adding some reverb and taking out some dry signal might help too.

Its quite old.

Its an old Japanese Program called NWC-II.
It was given to me by a friend.

Its from 1998, and its kind of outdated.
But I love the samples in it.

You should try something like Buzz, it's free I think and I know a couple of people who make really good music with it, or you should try Reaper (http://www.reaper.fm/) It's got the same sorta stuff as the latest DAWs and the demo has no limits and never runs out. Or you could try torrenting software.

I can't use torrents, my machine is too crappy to handle them without crashing.

I'll check ouy those programs you mentioned, and see if they're compatible.

It's ok, people online mostly suck at giving feedback, especially on FA, I myself have rarely encountered much useful feedback, but when I do I have cherished it. You can add me on msn if you want, it's always good to have a second opinion or advice on things.

Really!? Damn, you need a new computer o.O, or you should try a different client. I use Adium, but it's a mac thing. There is also web clients too for msn.

I'll always be happy to help others as long as they're polite.

Indeed.

As to my machine, she is on her way out, as she is rather old.

Good thing I got the backup hardrive in case she dies on me in mid process.

I try to be as polite as possible, the internet can be a mean place, and I don't want to add coal to the flames.
