An effective middle ages siege breaker.
In the old times where castles and keeps were the safest place on the realm, only a fully fledged, long and all encompassing siege could make the mighty fortifications succumb. But alas! what is this? When you factor giant dragons into the equation, suddenly these walls and towers doesn't look so.. safe.

nah, she wouldn't bother with them unless they were trying to assault her first.
and I guess that they would probably thank her for saving her the time and lives. although.. they would probably need much more time and resources to rebuilt the entire city from the ruins.
