Description: This is my present for =BlackSen of his original character named Rachel. I added some neat-looking effects to the coloring and used a lot of darker colors to pull the effect off properly.
Tools Used: Wacom Cintiq 12WX tablet, Paint Tool SAI, Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended.
