they will be done on base! i have a lot of waitress bases and lockheartorange's free bases - feel free to ask if i can use a specific one, if you'd like! outfits will be done on either waitress' outfit maker or lockheartorange's chibi closet, again feel free to ask which!
my defaults are generally chrysalis or shortstack for the main body, and the chibi closet for outfits!

there are three tiers;
$5 USD - tier 1: you can pick the gender + species
$8 USD - tier 2: tier 1 + you will receive 3 outfits and can pick a theme (which would be reflected in the design + clothes)
$12 USD - tier 3: tier 1 & 2 + a bonus mini of your new character and nsfw bits if desired! (you MUST be over 18 - closeups only unless i use the shortstack base)
