Perhaps just a tiny bit late, this got put on pause due to work and small lack of motivation to do anything while at home. Anyway, ever have that problem where you go to be a sea dragon and you end up an eel instead? That's kinda what happened, was originally just gonna do the fish tail thing, but ended up with the whole eel deal. I dig it though.
