Okay so, chatting with Sift a little while back, I tried to figure out why he looooves girl paws, but doesn't want anything to do with guy paws. They're paws all the same when you're so tiny! But it's his preference so whatever. :)

That, combined with the fact that I've liked the idea of seeing Artie dressed up all girly lately, (What? Don't look at me like that. It's not a character change. Just some fun. :3), led to me having yuuri do this to surprise Sift with. X3
