Clyde really should pay more attention to that tail of his. But what a cute little tuft he has, right? I mean it may get shot off soon, so enjoy it while it's there!
I hope the action scene works out, I'm still experimenting with how I illustrate motion and intense moments. Let me know what you guys think!
As for the gun: it uses an combination of two materials, stored internally. Though the materials are non-volatile separately, combining them creates a form of heated plasma that shoots out at high speeds, thus creating a deadly bullet of sorts. The range isn't great on these things, but a short-distance shot can easily burn through some armor, clothes and flesh alike.
In this one I layered my original pen-and-paper sketch over the digital drawing, like a second shadow layer. Gives it a nice gritty feel!
