So this is the last time we'll see these two as kids. Next month there won't be a story but rather pics to show the process of them growing up.

Love on Island

End of School Year

It finally became the last day of school for Jack, Alexis, and all the others. That meant it was finally time for summer vacation. Then after three months the little folfsky, sea otter, and their friends would move on to what could be considered the third grade. But now it was time for fun. “What will you and your family do?” Jack asked.

He and Alexis were at the beach area with the rest of the class. It was break time and it found him sitting but her standing up. The wind pulled at her hair enough to make it blow back. In this moment the little female looked like a strong little island native thanks to the blood she carried from her parents. “I think we’ll head out.”

“Out?” the male asked, looking at her.

“The other islands that is home for them.”

“Oh wow! That’s cool!”

“Yeah, I’ve heard a lot of them. Plus my aunties will be at my mom’s old home.” Alexis meant the best friends of her mother. Because of how close they were, the other two otters were like family. “So I’ll see them. You?”

“I think my dad’s gonna take me out for other areas to craft,” the little male answered. “Might see my grandparents.” By that he meant the parents of Nicholas while Rio’s as always would come to the guest house then rented when visting.

“So we both we’ll be elsewhere…” Alexis got a little sad.

“Hey, it won’t be long!” the folfsky said. “When we get back, both of us, we should do a boat thing like last time!”

“Yes! Of course!” the sea otter agreed with a big grin. “That sounds fun!” The two made sure to remember to ask their parents about that. Even with this, the future ahead looked bright for the two of them. Alexis and Jack did have a good time seeing the family members. The little folfsky did get a bit more crafting experience. But best of all, the Bruno and otter families did get together a lot and on the sea otter’s boat. Alexis was just super happy to be spending time with Jack. He didn’t quiet feel the same, but still it wouldn’t have been summer if they hadn’t done this. And slowly the months went by for the two and their families. But the biggest change for them was coming closer as it would happen when finally at last the two began to get older and hit their teen years.

And I can promise by the time the story resumes in August, it will be more interesting as being older, these two will have a lot more going on.
