A summer job at a pool sounds like paradise for an otter! Someone to stay and interact in the water too? Heaven. While the, uhh, "uniform" change was a little jarring at first, something in the otter's head translated the process, or future prospect, into something that he suddenly really, really craved, even as his form become more and more rigid, squeaky, colorful, and dragon-like. It's a good thing that was the case, since the now quite content pooltoy had almost nearly forgotten that he had to sign in order to terminate the contract. Needless to say there won't be any signing going on as those green flippers wiggle and squeak in place. Oh well, in the end it's what he really wanted... right? :3c

You have noooo idea how long I've been wanting to commission Redflare! I jumped all over the chance to get something like this when I saw an opening! And gooosh did it turn out super lovely. >w> Redflare's attention to detail, both in coloring and the physical details themselves, leaves a lot of lovely things to look at! My favorite things in art! Plus I love all the disproportionality, the progression, and the final form quite a bit. >w> The added text and short story blurb are really fun too.
