Jolt, thanks to the motto "All the sugar, twice the caffeine", is extremely hyper and fast. He go z o o m and fidgets a lot, cant really stay still. He also enjoys 80s-90s vibes stuff and is really smart despite his really carefree, hyperactive, impulsive demeanor. if you put him in front of a puzzle or tell him to learn something new, he will solve the problem/learn extremely quickly but then, just as quickly, move on and get distracted and bored.
