Stop Right There, Criminal Scum!
A friend of mine started a Cyberpunk 2020 campaign where I am playing a police officer, and it got me in the mood for drawing an updated police drawing for Herb!! I spent a lot of time screwing around with the background trying to make it look cyberpunky, since Herb himself doesn't really look that way, but I gave up, so this crap is what we're left with.
