Syllables? Do you know what a syllable is? Different meanings for words? That's present in every language, and English is certainly not the worst one in that aspect. It doesn't have five hundred thousand tenses like most other languages, has a really basic grammatical structure, its only real confusing aspect to me is the pronunciation of its words, which doesn't make much sense in several cases.
