Rawr! :P Meet "Angry Sparkle Dog", a furious pink canine who appears to be... quite
spiteful about being so colorful. They should lighten up. I had so much fun working
on him. I know such designs aren't for everyone, but if I'm honest, getting to build
this has made me very happy. Made mostly with supplies purchased while at FWA;
he made returning to work so much easier after coming home from con.

Aye, sure thing. Above all else, sparkledogs are seen as low-tier, but that would fall into subjectivity, which is where my comment stems from. As for feedback:
The long fur looks pretty great in all honesty, but the short fur would have to be shorter. Having both lengths of fur technically be long just makes the fabric look cheap and low-quality. About 3/4 of an inch seems to be the most common, and most visually pleasing. However, I can see the long fur being liked by people.
The eyes look too realistic compared to the otherwise cartoony aesthetic, pushing the mask into uncanny valley, which should always be avoided. Larger, cartoony eyes would pull the whole piece toether, and honestly look very good, even with the mouth which I'm about to mention here too.
The mouth is confusing. I can see teeth if I look for a while, but for the most part it just looks like long, green bowtie pasta. The lower jaw seems to push "out of bounds" so to speak, and go from cartoony to somewhat grotesque. The teeth again, however, are actually really well done, and those alone are pretty pleasing!
The nose seems detached from the rest of the head like a clown's nose would be, and is pretty distracting. This combined with the ballooned mouth and the far too realistic eyes just sabotages your efforts; everything else is minor or just creative freedom. Eyes like that would look AMAZING on a more realistic canine head.

Felt and plastic canvas work amazing for many professional suit makers, and even the eyes alone are an art to master, but I think you have the drive and inner potential to really become one of the best suit makers! Brushing off insults from asshole posts and getting feedback is a perfect start.
EDIT: I just looked at your other work, and honestly it all seems fine aside from the long fur covering up most of the details. Fur aside, it just seems to be this one that's irritating to see, but I took a bit to really look at it, and I think it's the awful mix of colors in places where they should not be that just stretch and contort the mask visually, making it look way less appealing.

Thank you so much for the lengthy response! :)
Are you referring to the long fur on the head or around the cheeks?
I was attempting to combine both toony and realistic features as an experiment (the goofy nose versus the realistic eyes, etc.). But it didn't turn out quite how I want it. I'm still hoping I can do stuff like that in a better way in the future. Do you think there's any way I could make it appear "uncanny," but in a good way? I was hoping to be able to make some suits that appear creepy, but I want it to appear intentional, and not like... well, uncanny due to lack of skill.

The fur on the cheeks. In places where long hair should be, the hair is noticeably long and seems to be a good length, and the fur around the eyes is short and very nice, but the cheeks are just in a weird limbo in between that makes it harder to look at.
As for the intentional creepiness, just research what puts things into uncanny valley, and don't pull ANY stops. Go all the way down that drop, or don't go down at all.
