This is an old character that had hir markings changed and updated. Gone are the old rainbow colors, replaced with more of the banded patterns. That, and shi is a kitty shark, super short, super fine fur on hir skin, slightly oiled (think a bit like an otter!), and webbing between fingers and toes.
