Surrex's pure-bred species are a large, highly acidic snake that measures almost a kilometer in length at adulthood. Their blood is strong enough to melt bare flesh and clothes, but not steel.

Surrex being half human, has had her immunity to this defensive mechanism greatly reduced. A simple cut results in the cut area becoming three times as big, leaving a large burn mark for some time. Should she sustain constant injuries, she would literally burn to death in minutes from the inside out.
