Suuuuuu, these are one of my favorite recipes to make, its damn close to the toll house recipe with a few tweaks.

oven to 390

cover a baking pan in parchment paper

thin thin thin thin THIN layer of crisco on the parchment paper


2 1/4 c flour
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
1/2 molasses
1 c butter
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
1 T vanilla extract
2 eggs
3 c chocolate chips

Mix all the dries, then in this order the wet.
Vanilla
Molasses
eggs
butter

blend until its doughy

add the chocolate chips in bit by bit as to not burn out your blender.

Bake for...until brown crispy edges. that'll give you a soft cookie. a brown crown will give you a crisp cookie.
