So... Decided to make a flag for the NSU, and colors wise, Black is for the land, blue for the seas, and red for the blood of patriots, gladly set for the Neo Soviet Union. Then the six stars for the continents to show the world that the Soviet Union dominates. The Hammer and Sickle simply show where they came from, a symble of the previous Union
