Lizabelle or Liz for short, is the older sister of Icarus, and the daughter of Mrs. Alisa. Lizabelle usually work at the family item shop with her mom now and then, but after work she go to school to get a degree in teaching, so she can work at the Pokemon Academy where she can be with her little sister all the time. Liz like to pick on her little sister all the time, especially when they were both pikachu. When she learn that Icarus was able to evolve into a raichu, Liz was super excited for her sister. Of course she won't stop picking on her for being extra chubby in several area. Liz use to remember meeting Icarus friend Valcario at the shop whenever he visit. Long time she once wanted to ask Valcario to be her boyfriend, just to see if she can make her little sister upset. But in reality, Liz always like Valcario a lot, but too prideful to admit her passion towards him
