The False One - Staphylococci Deus Malum

This hideous beast is actually a cluster of hijacked single cells. It starts as a small single cell itself, taking over various bacteria and other similar organisms, forming a clump and becoming bigger.

As it grows bigger, it can break down more complex things. It likes human DNA the most. However, its adverse reactions to sunlight and difficulty with long-distance locomotion prevent it from claiming as much as it wants. Instead, it has another trick. If it finds a suitable human host, it will start communicating. It will claiming itself as a god and delivering divine prophecies in exchange for worship and human sacrifice.

If it gets to this phase, it must be destroyed with fire.
