Beatrice was just a child when she lost her parent's and it losing his daughter really wrecked his mind.
and I assume growing up with a man who just can't let go, poor girl, she must have been so lonely, at least lonely enough to give herself to some stranger which resulted in her early death.
I don't know much about HIV or how it changes one's self but I did have a step-aunt that had it she looked really old but then she smoked too, in spite of all that she was the kindest sweetest women I ever met rip Debbie.
