Bailey was raised by a single father who happened to be a fisherman. Most of her life, she helped her father catch fish just to make ends meet. It was relatively easy for her as she is a water and electricity Elementalist.
Bailey is extremely indecisive, slightly dumb and naive and very impulsive, just like her father. Obviously, at school, she tries her best to be less of that. At school, she tends to be a bit loud but very friendly. Her stupidity makes her a very funny and noticeable person. She really doesn't have full control of the element she switches to. It's a 25% chance that she might use the wrong element at the wrong time. This leads her to accidentally zapping her familiar, Nibbles, during bathtime.
Her familiar is a flying water dog named Nibbles. Nibbles a very happy go lucky kind of guy and he feeds Bailey's impulsiveness. He always speaks his mind even though it might be offensive, obviously, he doesn't have any kind of mean intentions behind his words.
Nibbles is an extremely fishy boy who eats way too much fish from Bailey's cape. His natural scent is dog shampoo and fish. He's just a very silly boy who would give his own life just to save Bailey's.
Her cape is made out of water and occasionally has little fish in it. Surprisingly, this cape does not make a mess and keeps its shape. Sometimes, it will drip but that's only when the fish jump out of her cape.
