Two Immortals
Beach Time
Over the next couple of months, Nicholas and Samantha kept running into each other. During them, the two vampires picked right back where they left off with the conversation. It was this way that the two learned a lot about the other and were surprised that much of it was in common. From video games, to dancing, and other things; it allowed the two to strike a friendship quickly. However, Samantha noticed each time she would blush slightly around the taller male with long hair. But the female would shake it off, thinking it was nothing. However, summer time was here and that meant fun in the hot sun. Samantha was ready for it. During the early part of the month of June, she and two of her friends, Lorieth and Cazzandra, went down to one of the beaches of southern Silvergreen City. The other two females were humans which didn’t bother the trio at all. Lorieth had red orangish hair with eyes that were almost golden in color. Cazzandra had black hair and blue eyes. But it was to be noted the two females’ hair were long and they certainly had much more developed bodies than Samantha. The female vampire didn’t mind as there were plenty who found her very cute.
The three made it to the beach and chose a spot, taking of their shorty short shorts and tops to revealed their bikinis. Samantha had a black one on that was cute and adorable like her. Her long blonde hair was tied back by two ribbons that were the same color as what she wore. “It’s such a great day!” Lorieth stated with a smile.
“What should we do first?” Cazzandra asked.
“I wanna hit the water!” Samantha stated.
“Sounds like a plan!” went a familiar voice to her. The petite female vampire whipped around to see Nicholas himself coming up with a couple others. The male’s hair was still in the usual ponytail, but he was wearing green swim trunks, and nothing else. Samantha saw his muscles. It had been hinted at but now she saw the muscled chest, arms, and his abs. He in the meantime saw her look absolutely adorable and cute. They both blushed about the same but Nicholas was faster to recover.
“Well hey there Samantha,” the male vampire said with a warm smile.
“Hey there Nicholas,” she replied sweetly with a matching smile and arms behind her back. It was an adorable pose.
“Who’s this?” Lorieth then asked her short friend with a teasing grin. The female vampire hadn’t told her two friends about Nicholas yet.
“Oh!” the said vampire replied. “This is Nicholas. I met him a couple months ago.”
“Nice to meet you two,” he said and he also introduced those with him. Once that was over, the second human female looked between the vampires with a grin.
“I’m glad she’s met another vampire like her,” Cazzandra commented. “Let’s hope your family doesn’t scare him away.”
“What’s that mean?” the male vampire asked Samantha with a grin.
The female let out a sigh. “Well…” she looked to the side and then back at him. “They mean my mom and daddy. Especially since I’m a Dracula.”
The guy got a serious look. “Dracula… what is his name? It sounds familiar.”
“It’s Ivan. Ivan Dracula. And I’m Samantha Ivanovna Dracula.” Nicholas’s face went one to shock as he knew her father due to how famous he was and just who he was in the presence of.
“I see…” the male replied and to everyone’s surprised Nicholas did a small bow of respect to the smaller vampire. “It is indeed an honor to now know I stand in front of a daughter of his. One who’s well known for his blood substitutes, and renewable energy works. However…” He then looked up. “I see now I can say who I really am. My name is Nicholas Anthony Harker. Son of Vincent and Linden Harker.”
Now it was her turn to feel shock. That family, not only vampires themselves, were rich like hers. And that was due to both older vampires being famous for not only the work they did to help vampires live the way they did now in sunlight, but also the whole family had left a mark on vampire society, the best was the coexistence between them and humans. Some had even fought against ancient evils and defeated these in the ancient past. In fact, they were considered one of the most well-known families like hers. “Then we’re properly introduced,” Samantha said and the two shook hands. It was like their true first meeting. And they realized they had more things in common now.
“But let’s not forget this,” Nicholas said. “Let’s not forget who we really are. I still see the vampire I met the months back who was fun to be with.” Samantha nodded with a smile.
“I feel the same way,” she commented.
“And also just because we’re from those families, we put our shorts and pants on, one leg at a time, just like everybody else. Now then, alright if we join you three?”
“Of course Nicholas,” the female vampire replied. Her other two friends sent smirks to the other as they thought they could already see what was going on between the two. The time here was fun and Samantha and the male vampire were happy it was so. He ended up acting quiet gentleman like to her and it made her smile. She remembered how the guy talked to her when they were to go to the ocean the first time.
“Shall we go to the water, m’lady?” Nicholas asked with that bow again and grin. Samantha giggled at his actions.
“Of course, good sir,” she replied. They had a fun time in the liquid.
The two talked a bit about what it was like to live with their families now and a little about their childhoods. But then the time came to leave for now. “We need to do this again,” Nicholas said.
“I’d like to,” Samantha replied and brought out her phone. He did the same and they exchanged numbers and other contact information.
“Well I’m sure I’ll quickly find something for us to do,” the long-haired male stated. “I’ll see you later.”
“I look forward to that,” the female vampire commented. They waved goodbye with smiles. They were looking forward to that time of seeing the other again.
