I'm grumpy because I didn't get any gifts this year. It's starting to be annoying - the more time or money I spend on gifts for others, the less gifts I get. This year it has come down to the ultimate ZERO...

Yeah... It's like that sometimes.

My last Christmas was pretty rotten. I had high expectations and I wanted everything to be perfect. But the more you expect, the less you get. This year I didn't try so hard with the decorations and stuff. In the end I had surprisingly good time just enjoying the little things without stressing about whether my house is clean enough or not.

For example, I went to see this one graveyard on the Christmas eve, just because I happened to be walking past it very late at night, and I saw that there were so many candles there... Hundreds and hundreds of them. It was almost a spiritual experience, you know, just to walk past all those twinkling lights and memories, brushing snow off some old and forgotten gravestones.

Erh... Now I'm babbling again.
