This is Cyberus. She is a Fairy Wolf and is Lipupi's younger sister. From a rather young age she had gone off to investigate the Energy Crystals, but they resonated with her more than Magic Crystals did. So her magic isn't very magic-like. And despite not technically being a technology user, she can be great with it once she knows how devices work.
However, she is a Light element user none the less, and she is really good with it. Many Laser and Hologram Spells. She's mastered Illusions. She also Tames Scaly Dragons and usually likes them, and has some charismatic effect with Fluff Dragons as well. She's often not alone and will attract more dragons to the area if she is. She's a glass canon and tends to rely on her abilities to avoid getting hurt.
Cyberus camps in the Quarry of Energy Crystals in the Dacutter Island Underworld to research the crystals in a more native condition. She's lived for at least two centuries. She's skeptical that anyone else knows more about the crystals than her, despite her inability to make one produce energy by itself, and tends to fight anyone who challenges her on this. Attracting the dragons from Volkenstrom Depths probably doesn't help her case.
While she does come to the Island's Overworld sometimes, she is often called a witch due to her strange aura and unnecessary usage of her magic, often leaving her on poor terms with the city and forest dwellers. She's always welcome with the rest of the wolves on their icy mountain, as long as she doesn't accidentally bring any other Underworld Dwellers with her. Other than that, she's cool.
