Jeff Tomson. He's originally from Cleveland, works as a delivery boy who unfortunately was caught in a lab explosion when delivering stuff to the lab. Scientists were working on multiple experiments at once (science and/or magical items under investigation) and he ended up getting blasted where various substances that transformed him.
