More old art from 2011. :'B I thought it would be interesting to separate the layers of this piece to show the process of how I color a picshur on tha compootah.

This character was originally supposed to be my new fursona back then but I never got very attached to him after drawing him a few times.
I love servals and I didn't want to just scrap this idea so I changed the character into a female and named her Erin. She's currently one of my two serval girl OCs and they're both in use.
Anyway, I promise to post some pictures of them at some point, I have many unfinished sketches of them from around 2013 when I first started to design their looks and shape their personalities into the characters they currently are.

About the drawing itself, I never ended up uploading it anywhere 'cause I realized I had messed up the face and was too lazy to go through all the layers individually and try to fix it. It looks fine in the original sketch but something weird happened in the inking part where I managed to heck up the anatomy to the point where it doesn't even look like my usual style anymore. (this is why I hate doing lineart..)
I might upload it in full size after I've fixed the issues with the head and face. I don't like going back and touch up older pieces 'cause I tend to get too caught up trying to perfect it in every way until I'm at a point where it would be better and more efficient to just redraw the whole damn from scratch. And I would rather just use that time and energy to focus on some more recent stuff instead.

6. bounced light and adding a few details
