possibly, though really, she isn't threatened by any other bugs. she ate half of her siblings and took to crickets without hesitation. it's just being out of her cup that gets her upset.

at least when she is an adult i'll get lovely pictures of her wings this way ;3

I would just worry about the stress she feels under when out. Hopefully it won't make her unwilling to eat or try to escape or something.

i don't take her out too much, so it's actually probably that she isn't used to it. i try to handle the nymphs a little bit each molt so they become more accustomed to it, but i haven't had much free time lately and it very likely did just disrupt her routine.

i can tell you that she has been eating just fine and acting normally once she was secured again. i don't think she's too bothered in the long term, thankfully.

That is good to hear. Hopefully you will have enough time to handle her more often before she gets to big.
