MMM you can't go wrong with hot cocoa! A divine submission from longtime member

3 oz. Dark chocolate(or whatever chocolate suits your taste), broken into pieces
1 Tablespoon sugar or less, depending on your taste
1 Vanilla bean, split lengthwise
1 1/4 cup of milk
1/3 cup heavy cream or whipping cream, whipped. (or store bought whipped cream such as Reddi Whip)
Grated chocolate or cocoa powder, for sprinkling
2 mugs

Put the chocolate pieces, sugar, vanilla bean and milk in a small heavy saucepan. Heat gently, stirring until chocolate has melted, be careful not to burn the chocolate. Then bring to a boil, beating with a whisk until smooth and frothy. Remove the vanilla bean.

Meanwhile, beat cream in a chilled metal bowl until whipped and medium peaks form.

Pour hot chocolate into mugs, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate or cocoa powder, serve immediately and enjoy. <3
