1 20oz can tomato sauce
1/2 white onion minced
1 garlic clove crushed
1 12 oz can diced tomatoes
1 tblspoon lemon juice
2 celery stalks

1. Heat the sauce and diced tomatoes
2. add onion, garlic and celery
3. stir and simmer for 10 minutes
4. add lemon juice
5. simmer for 10 more minutes stirring occasionally
Serves about 6 people

Spaghetti
7 oz
Boil for 10-11 minutes, add salt to flavor.

Sausage is poached for 15, then cut into small slices

served with parmesan, garlic bread, and sprinkled with parsley
