I think that Daffy really had a great monologue in Loony Toons Back in Action when he laid it all out to Bugs why he is always so adversarial towards him.
How he pretty much busts his tailfeathers to get a laugh from the audience, and in comparison all Bugs has to do is "Munch on a carrot and the world loves you."

Let's be honest, would anyone REALLY want someone like Bugs as their next-door neighbor?
