I had found a post by the maker for this suit, but no information on who's it was, and no other photos anywhere I could find.
I also have a short video from AnthrOhio, though my phone doesn't seem to be the best for taking video. Heh.

Yeah, I can only imagine the shipping being that much.
Just have to send it once piece at a time over the course of several months to defer the cost; though that makes it feel a bit creepy as you send over one body part at a time. *laughs*
Hopefully, the two of you get to meet up at some point where you can give it to your friend without the need for shipping.

Yeah, a lot of it is sheer luck with quad suits, as I can't imagine they're ever out for that long before getting exhausted.
I had only seen this quad suit out from around 4 to 4:20 PM on Friday (though it may have been a little longer), so the window of opportunity was pretty small.
Considering that I have not yet found another photo of this suit posted from AnthrOhio, a lot of people must have missed it.
