Your anatomy is looking pretty good, but it looks like you have a pretty shakey hand for lining your drawings. What I suggest is that you go over a few of the lines again--not all of them, and not the whole lines, though! Look at some other drawings of people that use ink. You'll probably notice that their lines variate in how thick and thing they are--it makes the line more beautiful, and it is easier to do than just one tiny little thin line.
Other than that, I suggest that if you're going for flat colours, you either try acrylic or (easier) try it digitally! It's really easy to lay down a flat colour over nice inked lines. If you want to stick with coloured pencils, don't pretty down so hard and just go over it a lot of times so you don't have those lines showing up. It looks like you did it pretty successfully on her non-mechanical leg.
Hope my critiques helped a bit! (: As far as the cybernetics go...maybe put metal rings around where the tubes connect to other parts. Sorry I can't be more help in that field. Good luck!

They are Prisma Pencils....and I did ink. With Sakura Microns 3, 5 and 8 gage.
It's not tat my hand it shake...it's just that I suck ate inking.
I dislike Digital coloring, because I can't do it...or in essence...I like doing pencil and paper.
I'm allergic to most acrillyc.
Thanks for your comments. :3

Ouch; allergic to acrylic? I'd cry...or bask in the hives.
And yeah I could tell that you inked--I had the same problem with inking drawings for a long time. The lines looked kind of wobbly, and I hated inking by hand because it made my picture look worse compared to the pencil drawing. The advice I gave on inking I think is pretty sound, because getting a line perfect with one pass is pretty difficult. With the line variation I didn't mean necessarily using different sized nibs, but like, if you look at your icon you can see what I mean--it's really subtle in a lot of the parts, but the thickness of the line changes (most notable is the bottom line of the eye).

Aye. I am probably going to start digital inking.
It looks cleaner...but I find that when I do digital work....it feels fake to me. Maybe I'm over thinking things.
Also certain acrylics have a coating on it that burns my skin. The cheaper ones have it and so do the mid-priced ones, which SUCKS, I love oil pastel and acrylic paints.

That's good to hear. (: Have you tried using ink brushes, or calligraphy pens? Well, not calligraphy pens...like, the kind where you buy the different nibs for them?

Like those, 'cept like...not as nice. x3 They're so amazing to use! MUCH cheaper than microns (pen is $3, nibs are $1-$2, and GIANT bottle of india ink is like $12...you only have to buy the nibs/pen once!) Since you go to art school, a lot of local stores *should* give you a big discount on supplies, too (I know my favourite local one gives 50% off). I suggest trying them out! I use them over microns all the time now.
