Meet Princess Kapunahele (and her guard)...

The lady mephit you see at left is Princess Kapunahele, who you'll meet soon in "Be There. Eala." Her fur is that colour because she spends a lot of time in the sun. She's the (elder) sister of Crown Princess Persephone. One of the Otter Guard has been sent down to her as part of her guard.
