Hmm Paint Tool Sai isn't working properly for me, since I have Mac and I downloaded this CrossOver program thing that allows you to use Windows software on Macs.. so I do have Sai but I have no pen pressure :c Though I've heard many people do their lines with Sai so I should try to fix it. Thanks for telling meee ~

In Paint Tool Sai, under layers (if you have English on, I can't remember how to convert languages) there will be a layer type called Linework Layer or Vector Layer, it's the same thing but differs in name by versions. It lets you do much more crisp, sharp, smooth lines.
