Another picture I did as a Christmas gift for a friend, this one for  aliasi. Her character here is essentially a sentient, living universe... and it was hard as HELL figuring out what she would be receiving as a present in-character. Though in the end I decided on a galaxy ornament. Whether it's a real galaxy or not is up to interpretation.

The most annoying thing about this was that after I colored her in, I realized I really COULDN'T do one of the defining features of her: The fact that she has stars and galaxies shining on her. Colored pencils don't color over each other well... especially black... which I couldn't erase. Plus, I could never figure out how to make black work with outlines shown (hence why she doesn't seem to have a nose. She does, though.). All in all though, I tried.
