Finally sharing the commission that I was very excited about!
This one is for call and it is... a dolphin in space, yeah, your eyes do not wrong you in any way.
It was really interesting to work on this one, the environment is barely the usual one for a cetacean-themed artwork and also something that I don't do often. This was probably the first time in two years that my computer started lagging: there were about ~50-60 layers in the file. Minus one - reference of the character, minus one more - the character itself, minus one more - a collage of environment refs. ALl the rest was the background which I sure as hell didn't want to mess up. It was a new experience, kicked my butt in some ways, but I'm proud of the result. <З

There's one more commission I'm to show you soon, then I'll go on a actual hiatus (if I can call it so, actually I will be buried by exams) and then I'll pick up working on my project "Echoes of the Ocean". :)
