Lovely! What a stunning piece, the pose is interesting, the vantage point is very different and the inking and shading on the figure is just beautiful. I love the blacks in the boots. She looks like she's really enjoying her music ^__^ And the corset pattern is beautiful, you did a fantastic job.

The right shoulder seems off compared to the left one, but aside from that it's quite lovely, especially the fingers playing with the cords. What a lifelike pose, you really captured a moment.

thank you. while I was plundering some online shop's gallery (most pieces had three or more views available, it was like, a save-fest!) this image was one which poked out, so I printed it out for later.
all is accurate, except the legs (the lady had plantigrade feet and a slightly differing leg pose), the pattern on the corset (gee, what them, designers sell as wildcat pattern these days reminds me more of a giraffe's) and arm poses. the arm to the right was laying the hand on her hip, while the left hand rested on her shoulder. the shoulder positions are according to the reference, though; maybe that's why they look a bit off. maybe I should have tried a different shoulder pose. I'll keep it in mind next time.

the overall look and atmosphere of the reference photo was what made me print it out and abuse it in the first place, and I am a little bit proud to have managed to transfer at least a bit of said atmosphere. :)

the carpet's detail was where I lost patience to be honest. it's more tiresome than a laced dress, like. :)

aber warts ab. hab da onlineshops geplündert wie blöd, da kommen devinitiv noch andere sachen zum vorschein. wie, zB, gefiele dir goldenes satin? von den motiven her asiatisch angehaucht? ^^

Hmmmm, ich bin nicht so der asiatisch-Fan ;D Ich stehe eher auf viktorianisches ;D Samt mit Spitze ist auch toll. Oder Nadelstreifen... Ooooder Leder. :3 Aber nicht in schwarz. Ich hab hir ein Korsett in rot/braunem Leder. ^_^

eines tages werd ich ein fuinktionierendes lappy haben, udn dann kommen alle referenzphotos auf die festplatte. dann kannst du den ganzen con stöbern. :)
und ich auch...

mal sehen, spitze mit samt, ohne, mit seide... alles da. nadelstreifen,. kann ich liefern. leder, lack udn latex ohnehin, udn andere farben als die vorlage sind nicht mal so ein problem, was man an dem einen mit der geflügelten miez in lila spandex und blauem korsett sieht. das original ist nämlich ganz schwarz. XD

I just like that the proportions are normal. Extreme body parts are just that... extreme. This looks very nice.

yeah, I am no friend of exaggerated body parts myself. :) big boobs need a strong frame or else it looks unnatural.

I have no idea what the photographer was thinking, but I guess so. as I explained to Stormslegacy above I had to do a handful of adjustments. but that photo was so stylish and aesthetic I HAD to use it. ^^
