Sirs:
I wish to register a complaint. I followed your instructions to the letter, however my Songbird did not soar majestically as pictured in the advertizing poster. Instead she leaped inelegantly into a trellis and crashed to the ground in a tangle of ivy, leaving scuff marks on the wall of the caretaker's cottage.

Oh... i have an answer written for a similar case long ago... let me get those yellowed pages... where was it?! Ah... yes,
