I am almost certain Shun is running a hostile takeover of the League and Cookie is one of the last holdouts, only because she is a small fry. I mean Shun basically has literally ALL other Combagals. He could walk off with all of them and crash the league right there.

You know what ruins a good plot twist more than anything else? Over explaining it with a truck ton of exposition. Every other page ends with a close up of Nyaria's face and her basically saying "I betrayed you!" in some form or another.

Oh yeah...we now saw little insight on how Shun work, he exploit openings and weakness.
