Sadly, this could also arguably count as my first piece of finished "shippy" art for Bonkers, sorta kinda. And of course, it's for a barely functioning crack ship that makes absolutely NO sense outside of the context of the AU my friend and I have been tossing around, and really it's barely even a ship IN the AU. More of a slowly sinking malfunctioning dingy with two people hanging out on it, idly discussing whether or not it's time to jump off of it.

The two are constantly antagonizing one another and I've yet to run into another character that can quite ruffle Bonkers' fur the way Mort can, but they also have moments where they can be weirdly adorable or even kinda sad at times, and I'm just trash and I eat that kind of garbage up.
