It's Danny from Cats Don't Dance... only drawn decently :) Very nice pose. Cute feet, good tail lash. Arms and clothing work quite well. Hair fits the outfit. Like the arm bands to hold the sleeves in check. Background's sepia tone gives it an old look that fits. His hat seems a little too flat and small, but color and shape look good overall. Good work : )
