*Unyielding, Thunderclap never gives up, even when things are at their most bleak.

*Compassionate, Thunderclap knows more than most that life is cruel and unfair, he is always willing to help those who feel downhearted.

*Counter frequency (Sonic beams can be canceled out by a matching or opposite frequency)

*Gets over emotional when his wife is mentioned, or is reminded of her.

Outfits:
Thunderclap wears a dark blue bodysuit with Yellow trims with dark Green chest armor, or shield as he calls it, which also has yellow trims, a yellow utility belt and a mask that is part of the suit rather than a simple Domino mask.

Bio:
From a very early age young Kurtis Miles had a love of music, his mother thought it may have been because of how she would place headphones on her stomach and play music while she was carrying him.

Eventually he wanted to learn how to play music instead of just listening to it. So after several days of trying to figure out which would suit him best his parents settled on the Violin.

He was a natural with it. The tutor his parent hired was amazed at the young bucks skill and was absolutely shocked when they told him he was new to playing.

After many lessons the tutor felt Kurtis was ready and, with the bucks parents permission, entered him into a competition which Kurtis easily won.

The years passed and Kurtis skill with his violin grew and grew. When his antlers begame to come in he suddenly asked if he could learn to fight due to the bullies who would frequently pick on him for playing the violin.

He wasn't a Star combat pupil, but he was good enough to graduate with the rest of his martial art class. As his Antlers fully developed he suddenly felt very strange. he couldn't explain it but he somehow pick up sound from far away when others couldn't even remotely hear them.

However something even stranger happened, during his time at the martial arts school, when the bullies cornered him once again.In an attempt to defend himself the buck took up a stance he had learned but before he could act his arms were grabbed to prevent him from fighting back.

That was when it happened. He suddenly felt something surging down his arms and on instinct he opened his palms and from each came what could only be described and a burst of sound knocking the bullies down and and sent them running in terror. Those bullies never messed with him again, nor did they ever talk about what happened until they one day forgot.

Years later Kurtis was slightly more skilled at his strange sonic powers, but his main occupation was still his music, so much so that he had secured a place in the Colmaton orchestra in the strings section which prompted him to move to the states in order to take the job, still using the violin his parents bought him.

It was not long after joining the orchestra that he met a lovely young doe by the name of Amelia Ward who played in the cello section. They very soon hit it off and were seeing each other on a regular basis. It eventually led the them living together.

Kurtis and Amelia had been living together for a year when he asked her to marry him. She accepted, however it was only after the honeymoon that he informed her of his powers and that, in the hopes of making a true difference in the world, he was considering applying to the Bureau of Super Heroes academy. Rather then being angry at him for keeping the information from her Amelia was fully supportive of his goal.

Three Years later when Kurtis was undergoing his training as a bureau agent he was called to the academy leaders office, where he learned that Amelia had been in a terrible accident when she was driving home.

Kurtis was excused and rushed to be by her side. When he arrived he was told the horrible news. Amelia was dying. He went to her side and tried to make her believe things were fine, but she knew she was not going to survive the night.

She held his hand and asked him not to quit his training, because she knew it was something he loved, as much as he loved her and his music. He nodded his agreement and soon after Amelia fell asleep and never woke up.

Kurtis was devastated and he was given two weeks off from training to mourn. Everyone at the BOS academy believed that after these two weeks he would quit and volunteer to be depowerd, but the Buck returned more determined than ever, fully intending to honor Amelia's' last request.
Every year on her Birthday he goes to her grave, lays her favorite flowers down and plays her favorite song on his Violin.

Personality:
*Thunderclap will often times comment out loud to either himself or others how absurd a situation is, even when fighting villains.
*Can sometimes be uncertain or even shy around women due to him still grieving for his wife
*He is very strong willed almost stubborn, but he also knows when to be flexible enough for each situation.
