The Mewnees are a species that I created for a pet project. This one is a dream walker long since lost in the eatheral realm; twisted by their own dark desires. They have long since lost their bodies; and and now roam the eatheral realm waiting for tortured soul and mind to devourer. ...On a side note, it looks like it crawled out of Silent Hill...
