Quill Steelbender is a Charr Engineer specializing as a Holosmith in the Steel Warband, and a proud member of the Iron Legions. His specialties lie in the realm of crafting and tinkering, creating all manner of gadgets and gizmos. Most recently, he has mastered the use of the Photon Forge, a device that renders him capable of creating semi solid constructs of light. Most of these are used to the benefit of his Warband, with the Legions taking the highest of priorities. Everything he does is for the betterment of his brethren. Here we see him unsheathing one of his greatest creations. The legendary blade, Bolt.
