Accidentally won an art raffle hosted by  lepouvoirduflan. I mean, I consider myself an alright artist and am quite confident I can draw my own pictures, meaning that I really don't have any requests I would want others to draw for me.

So, I instead decided to use this to pose a challenge. Lepouvoirduflan rarely used shadows in their work, so I requested a simple one-frame mid-TF of something generic, a generic human turned into a generic [rolls random animal generator dice] mongoose. However, go crazy with the shadows. Maybe even ridiculously so, if needed - I didn't care.

Kidding. No, they admitted they didn't have much experience with shadows and needed to train. Well, yeah, I thought, that's the whole reason I have you this challenge - to take an opportunity to try something new and improved yourself.

So I yoinked the image, applied 30 minutes of shadows and highlights, and sent him this.

I do hope they take it as inspiration to help foster improvement.
