The small details, like the claw marks on the tree and the bolts imbedded in armor plates, compliment with the bigger picture. For example, the claw marks show the impetus of the jump; eyes are drawn to the armor via the subtle shading of the bolts. Even the indigo shading of the armor brings a harmony with the mane of blue flames!
